Ingredients
3/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup stone-ground corn meal
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons low-sodium baking powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Optional:
4 tablespoons raw honey
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients.
Beat the liquid ingredients together.
Stir the flour mixture into the liquids.
Refrigerate overnight.
Add 1 cup warm water in the morning.
