Overnight Shrimp Salad Recipe

| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipped cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Chopped green pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hard cooked eggs | 3 , chopped | |
| Diced celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shrimp/Tuna | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
| Chopped pimento/Tuna | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 6 Ounce (1 Package) |

Directions
Add mayonnaise, whipped cream, pepper, eggs, celery, shrimp or tuna and pimento.
Mix cheese until creamy; fold into mixture.
Pour into 10 inch ring mold; chill overnight.
Serve in nest of endive with tomato, cucumber slices and radish roses for garnish.
