Ingredients

 
1 16-oz. can sauerkraut, drained
 
1/2 c. dry white wine
 
1 sm. onion, minced
 
1 med. red apple, chopped
 
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions

Combine sauerkraut and wine in saucepan; cover.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Combine onion, apple, and celery seed with sauerkraut mixture; cover.
Chill overnight.
Serve with pork roast or chops.
