Overnight Salad Recipe
If you have pretty enough time to cook ahead, give this Overnight Salad a try. The recipe is way too simple and the only this required is that you will have to chill it overnight! Check out the recipe of this Overnight Salad.
Ingredients
| Diced nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White grapes | 1 Pound, halved lengthwise | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 1 Pound | |
| Canned pineapple | 1 Large, diced | |
| Lemons juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Egg yolks | 4 , beaten | |
| Powdered mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Pint, whipped |
Directions
Combine nuts, grapes, marshmallows and pineapple in gallon crock or bowl.
Combine lemon juice, egg yolks, mustard and salt in double boiler; cook until thickened.
Cool.
Mix with whipped cream.
Stir into fruit mixture.
Chill overnight, stirring two or three times.
