Overnight Lettuce Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Head of lettuce | 1 , shredded | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green peppers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 small pkg. of frozen peas, broken apart | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| 8 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled | ||
Directions
Layer first 5 ingredients in 9x13 inch pan.
Lettuce must be dry.
Spread mayonnaise on top.
Sprinkle with sugar, followed by cheese then bacon.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
