Overnight Lettuce Salad Recipe

1 med. head shredded lettuce
1 bunch diced green onions
1 cup diced celery
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 eggs
8 slices diced bacon
Directions
In large glass salad bowl layer lettuce, green onions, celery, frozen peas, and mushrooms.
Spread mayonnaise over top, sealing edges.
Sprinkle with cheese, sugar, salt, and garlic powder.
Refrigerate covered overnight.
Hardcook eggs.
Chill.
In 1 qt glass dish, microwave (high) bacon 5-6 minutes, stirring and removing drippings halfway through cooking.
When crisp, drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with bacon and minced eggs before serving.
