Easy Oven Stew Recipe
The oven stew is a baked stew made in a casserole with all the ingredients. Easy to prepare and hassle free, the oven stew can be served with a salad and is prepared with stew beef with poatoes and peas in tomato soup.
Ingredients
1 lb. stew beef
2 carrots, cut in small pieces
1 onion, sliced
2 med. potatoes, quartered
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/2 can water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large casserole.
Bake at 275 degrees 4 hours and 30 minutes, covered.
