Oven Steak With Brown Gravy Recipe
The oven steak with brown gravy can be cooked with any steak of choice. baked in the oven with mushroom soup, the oven steak with brown gravy is coated with flour and seasoned with salt and pepper before baking and can be served with vegetables and mashed potatoes or yams.

Directions
Cut steak into serving pieces; toss in paper bag with flour, salt and pepper.
Brown well in fat.
Blend soup and water; pour over meat.
Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender.
