Oven Roasted Sauced Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 sides pork spareribs (3 to 3 1/2 lbs.) | ||
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ketchup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
Directions
Leave spareribs whole or cut into serving-sized pieces.
Place in a large shallow pan.
Roast at 350°F 30 minutes.2.
Combine brown sugar, dry mustard, and pepper in a saucepan and blend thoroughly.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Pour half of the sauce over ribs and continue roasting 30 minutes.
Turn ribs and pour on remaining sauce.
Roast 30 to 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
