Oven Baked Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients
Lean Lamb – 2 pounds (1 ½ inch diced)
Wine Vinegar – ½ cup
Olive or Salad Oil – ¼ cup
Garlic – 1 clove, minced
Mixed Salad Herbs – 1 teaspoon
Large Mushrooms – ¼ pound
Onion – 1
Tomatoes – 4, small
Green Peppers – 2
Salt and Pepper to taste
Canned Tomato Sauce - 1 (8 ounce)
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, oil, garlic, herbs and marinate the lambs in it well
2) Place the lamb in the refrigerator for about 10 hours turning them once a while
3) Heat the oven to 400F
4) Using a sharp knife, slice the mushrooms, onion, tomatoes and pepper into 1 inch squares
5) String in the pepper, onion, meat, mushroom, tomato on skewers brushing them with salt and pepper
6) Place them on a baking sheet and cover with tomato sauce and remaining marinade
7) Bake in the oven at 400F for an hour
SERVING
8) Serve piping hot on a bed of rice
