Ingredients

 Frozen red snapper fillet packet1
 Egg1
 Milk1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt1 Dash
 Bread crumbs  (as required)
 Butter  (as required)

Directions

Thaw fillets.
Combine egg, milk and salt; dip fillets into egg mixture.
Coat with crumbs.
Place in shallow buttered baking dish; dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
