Oven-Fried Potato Sticks Recipe

| 1/2 cup unrefined safflower oil | ||
| 6 to 8 large potatoes, cut in fourths or eighths, lengthwise | ||

Directions
Pour oil in a large, shallow baking dish.
Arrange the potato sticks, 1 laver deep, in the dish, turning once to coat with oil.
Sprinkle with salt.
