Oven-Fried Haddock Recipe
Ingredients

| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Haddock fillets | 6 | |
| 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Melted butter | ||
Directions
Combine salt and milk; dip fish in milk mixture.
Roll in bread crumbs; place in greased shallow baking dish.
Drizzle melted butter over fish.
Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once.
Sprinkle lemon juice over fish, if desired.
