Oven-Fried Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 1 Pound | |
| Cornmeal | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1⁄4 | |
| Dried dill | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Milk | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, melted |
Directions
Move oven rack to position slightly above middle of oven.
Heat oven to 500°.
Cut fish fillets into 2x1 1/2-inch pieces.
Mix cornmeal, bread crumbs, salt, paprika, dill weed and pepper.
Dip fish into milk, then coat with cornmeal mixture.
Place fish in well-greased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
Pour margarine over fish.
Cook uncovered until fish flakes easily with fork, about 10 minutes.
