Oven Fried Chicken Italienne Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C milk
2 cut-up frying chickens
1 C Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Dilute mushroom soup with milk.
Coat chicken pieces with this mixture and then roll in seasoned bread crumbs.
Bake in a shallow pan for 1 hour at 350° F.
