Oven-Fried Chicken Imperial Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 c. bread or corn flake crumbs | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 frying chicken, disjointed | ||
| Melted butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into butter; roll in crumb mixture, coating well.
Ar- range chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish; pour any remaining butter over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
