Oven French Toast Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1/4, t salt
Dash nutmeg
8 slices French or Italian bread
1/4 c butter, melted
Directions
Beat together lightly the eggs, milk, salt and nutmeg.
Dip both sides of each piece of bread in egg mixture.
Place in a greased, shallow baking pan and drizzle melted butter over bread.
Bake at 500° F for 7 minutes per side or until brown.
