Oven-Broiled T-Bone Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| T-Bone Steaks – 4 | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a shallow pan, melt the butter and then add in the Worcestershire sauce and the mustard
2) Season the steaks with salt and pepper and place on a rack
3) Baste the steak heavily with the mustard mixture
4) Place the meats in the broiler and broil for about 20 minutes
5) Baste each time when turning the meat
SERVING
6) Serve warm
