Oven Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients
2 lb. stew beef
1 Ige. onion
4 carrots
2 to 3 peppercorns
1 tsp. salt
1 1 pt. 2 oz. can tomato juice
1/4 c. tapioca
1/2 c. red wine
Directions
Put all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.
Cover; cook for 4 hours in 300 degree oven.
Serve over wide cooked noodles.
