Oven-barbecued Round Steak Recipe

| Round steak | 1 1⁄2 Pound, 1 inch thick | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
| Vinegar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |

Directions
Heat oil in skillet, and brown meat on all sides.
Remove to casserole.
Pour off excess fat from pan, and make sauce by simmering all remaining ingredients a few minutes.
Pour over meat pieces, cover and bake in 325°F.
oven about 1 hour or until meat is completely tender to the fork, basting occasionally.
Remove garlic before serving.
