Oven-Baked Rice Recipe
This oven baked rice recipe makes for an easy and quick meal. Made with rice and chicken broth, this oven baked rice is a simple rice dish that can be spruced up with veggies and spices if desired for a full meal.
Ingredients
| Rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| 3 t. instant chicken broth | ||
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Boiling water | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine rice, chicken broth and vegetable oil in a 2 quart casserole.
Pour boiling water over rice and stir with a fork.
Cover.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
To serve, fluff rice with fork.
