Directions

With wet hands shape meat into 72 one inch balls.
Place in two 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch baking pans.
Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Place meatballs on another baking pan to cool; place in freezer just till frozen.
Using 24 meatballs per package, wrap in moisture and vapor proof bags.
Seal, label, and freeze.
