Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Red Onion and Red Wine Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Red potatoes | 2 Pound | |
| Red onions | 2 Medium | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste, milled |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F
2. Add oil to a 16"X12" tray and heat it in the oven for ten minutes
MAKING
3. Wipe the potatoes and cut into chunks of three quarter inch, leaving the skin on
4. Peal and chop onions into slivers
5. Remove roasting tray from the oven and place it over direct heat; place potatoes and onions in hot oil and fry, turning them over
6. Sprinkle wine vinegar on top, season with salt and pepper and return the tray to the highest shelf of oven and cook for another forty five minutes till potatoes are crisp

7. Serve immediately as per your tastes
