Oven Roasted Garlic Fries Recipe
|Potatoes||8 , scrubbed (not peeled) and cut into lengthwise wedges.|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, chopped|

Place potatoes on parchment lined baking sheet.
