Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the oven racks in the top and bottom thirds of the oven.
2. Combine the oil, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Divide the chickpeas between 2 large baking sheets and drizzle with the oil mixture; toss to coat.
