 Vegetable cooking spray
 Dry white wine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 6 (6-ounce) halibut steaks
 Tomato6 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Onion2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 1 teaspoon dried1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
 Kalamata olives2 Tablespoon, minced
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Anchovy paste1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Breadcrumbs1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese1 Tablespoon, grated
 Olive oil1 Teaspoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Add wine, and arrange halibut steaks in dish.
Combine tomato and next 9 ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and spoon over steaks.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, and 1 teaspoon oil in a bowl; stir well.
Sprinkle over tomato mixture, and broil until crumbs are golden.
