 1/4 cup sliced green onion
 Fish stock3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
  3/4 cup dry white wine Tomato Cream Sauce
 1 2- to 3-pound dressed bluefish Salt Pepper
 1 2- to 3-pound dressed bluefish Salt Pepper

Directions

Place fish in a 17x12x2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, and then sprinkle with green onion.
Pour in Fish Stock or water, then wine.
Cover with foil.
Bake in a 350° oven about 35 minutes or till the fish is done.
Meanwhile, prepare the Tomato Cream Sauce.
Pass sauce with fish.
