Plain Oven Fried Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients

| 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine or vegetable oil | ||

Directions
Wash and pare potatoes; cut each into 4 thick slices.
Dip slices in butter and arrange in shallow baking pan.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
Remove foil; continue to bake about 30 minutes or until delicately brown, turning once.
