Oven Fried Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 1 pound, frozen | |
| 1 slightly beaten egg | ||
| 1/2 of a 6-ounce can (6 tablespoons) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| 2 tablespoons diet margarine | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Combine egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce.
Combine bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon salt.
Dip fish in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture.
Place skin side down in a 12x7 1/2x2-inch baking dish.
Melt margarine; stir in lemon juice.
Drizzle over fish.
Bake in a 500° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
