Oven Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
2/3 cup dried bread crumbs
2/3 cup whole-wheat or all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 pounds chicken wings
Directions
1. In 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" roasting pan in 425°F. oven, melt butter or margarine. Remove pan from oven.
2. On waxed paper, mix bread crumbs, flour, salt, rosemary, and pepper. Pour buttermilk into small bowl. Dip 1 chicken wing at a time, first in buttermilk, then in crumb mixture.
3. Place chicken wings in melted butter in roasting pan, turning to coat evenly. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken wings are fork-tender.
