Oven Fried Chicken Dinner Recipe

| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornmeal | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curry | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Fryer chicken | 4 pound | |
| Potatoes | 8 Small | |
| Carrots | 8 Medium | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Chopped parsley for garnish | ||
Directions
About 1 1/2 hours before serving: Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place butter in 13" by 9" by 2" baking pan and set in oven to melt.
In pie plate, mix bread crumbs, cornmeal, curry and 2 teaspoons salt; use to coat chicken well.
Place chicken pieces in melted butter in pan; roll potatoes and carrots in butter, and arrange them around chicken.
Sprinkle vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
Turn chicken and vegetables; bake 20 minutes more.
Sprinkle potatoes with parsley.
