Grandma'S Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole chicken breasts - 2 | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornflakes | 2 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Cut the whole chicken breast in half.
2 Wash throughly and dry, remove as much fat as possible.
3 In a bowl, combine the flour, cornflakes, salt, pepper and paprika.
4 Roll the chicken in the mixture and coat well.
MAKING
5 In a skillet (with oven-proof handle) or a baking pan, heat the oil.
6 Place the chicken in it, skin side down.
7 Bake in a 350 degrees fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes .
8 Turn the chicken skin side up after 25 minutes.
SERVING
9 Serve hot.
