Garlic-Flavored Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 slices enriched white bread, made into crumbs | ||
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dehydrated | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound skinned and boned chicken or turkey breasts, cut into serving pieces | ||
| Evaporated milk | 2 Tablespoon, skimmed | |
Directions
In bowl combine bread crumbs, flour, and seasonings.
Dip chicken in milk and then in bread crumb mixture to coat.
Place in a nonstick baking pan.
Sprinkle evenly with any remaining crumbs and milk.
Bake at 400°F.
for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Divide evenly.
