Ingredients
| Chicken | 2 Pound, cut into pieces | |
| 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon leaf rosemary or 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning | ||

| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine corn flake crumbs, salt, pepper and rosemary.
In shallow bowl, combine egg and lemon juice; beat slightly.
Dip chicken in egg mixture; then coat with crumb mixture.
Place skin-side up in ungreased baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours'until chicken is done. (Crumbs adhere best if chicken is not turned during baking.)
