Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
Oven fried chicken is a floured and oven cooked chicken recipe herbed with parsley and spiced with paprika. This recipe is pepped up with Italain salad dressing mix and is great with a moist rice casserole and salad to go.
Ingredients
| Whole wheat flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Italian salad dressing | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 3 Teaspoon | |
| 1 3 lb. chicken, cut up | ||
Directions
1. In a small bowl, stir together flour, parsley, salad dressing mix, and paprika. Blend in water.
2. Skin chicken. Spread flour mixture over chicken pieces. Place chicken in nonstick baking pan. Bake 375° for 50 to 60 minutes. Do not turn.
