Oven French Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 12 | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 pound | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Mack pepper to taste | ||
| 6 slices homemade whole wheat cinnamon bread | ||
| Maple syrup or honey | ||
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Put the eggs, cottage cheese, and salt and pepper in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth.
3. Arrange the bread slices, buttered if you wish, in a buttered 13-by 9- by 2-inch baking dish or large shallow ovenproof dish.
4. Pour the egg-and-cheese mixture over bread and bake for 30 minutes, or until set and puffed.
