Oven French Fries Recipe
Oven french fries is an oven baked potato fries recipe. Baked with olive oil and a dash of wine vinegar, it is seasoned to taste and best served fresh.
Ingredients
| 2 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges | ||
| Olive oil | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon malt or red wine vinegar | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
On a lightly greased baking sheet or 15 1/2"x 10 1/2x I" jelly roll pan, spread the potatoes in a single layer and brush lightly with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Brush with another teaspoon of the oil and bake for another 5 minutes.
Brush one more time using the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of oil and continue baking another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are crisp, golden, and tender.
