Oven Crusty Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 1 pound | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup Corn Flake Crumbs | ||
| 4 teaspoons salad oil or melted butter | ||
Directions
1. Cut fish into serving pieces allowing about 1/4 pound for each serving. Combine milk and salt.
2. Dip fish in milk, then in Corn Flake Crumbs. Arrange on well-oiled baking sheet or shallow pan. Sprinkle fish with salad oil.
3. Bake in extremely hot oven (500° F.) about 15 minutes or until tender.
