Oven Beef Stew Recipe

| 1 1 pound can Italian plum tomatoes | ||
| Carrots | 4 , quartered | |
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Potatoes | 8 Small | |
| Celery stalks | 4 , halved | |

Directions
Place all ingredients in a roasting pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours, basting meat occasionally with sauce in pan.
