Slow-Cooked Oven Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients
3 lbs. lean beef stew meat
2 cups carrots, chunked
2 cups celery, chunked
1 medium onion, chunked
4 medium potatoes, chunked
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. minute tapioca
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Mix all together in large roaster.
Cover and bake about 5 hours in 250° oven.
