Oven Barbequed Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Spare ribs | 4 Pound | |
| Lemon | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco - a dash | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a shallow roasting pan, place the uncut ribs and arrange lemon and onion slices over it
2. Roast it for half an hour at 450°F; in the meantime, in a saucepan, mix together all the other ingredients and bring it to a boil
3. Pour it over the ribs, turn the oven temperature down to 350°F and bake for an hour till tender; keep basting with sauce often

4. Serve as required
