Oven Barbecued Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Spareribs - 3 pounds, cut in serving size | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
MAKING
2 Brown the spareribs well.
3 In a pan, combine the remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
4 Pour the heated mixture over ribs.
5 Cook uncovered for 1 1/2 hours in the oven, turning occasionally.
