Glazy Oven Barbecued Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
| 4 pounds pork loin back ribs or meaty spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seed | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
Directions
1 Place ribs in a kettle; add enough water to cover ribs. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
2 Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small saucepan cook the garlic in hot margarine or butter for 1 minute. Stir in catsup, chili sauce, brown sugar, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Bring to boiling, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat; set aside.
3 Drain ribs; place in a shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake, covered, in a 350° oven about 20 minutes or until heated through.
