Ingredients

 2 (3/4-pound) pork tenderloins
 Vegetable cooking spray
 Salt2 1/2 Tablespoon
 Cider vinegar1 1/2 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie maple syrup
 Dijon Mustard2 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
 Ground red pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Trim fat from tenderloins. Place tenderloins on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Combine ketchup and next 5 ingredients; brush over tenderloins. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of tenderloin, if desired.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160°, basting with remaining ketchup mixture. Let stand 10 minutes; slice diagonally across grain into thin slices. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
