Oven Barbecued Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 (3/4-pound) pork tenderloins | ||
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Salt | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie maple syrup | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Ground red pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Trim fat from tenderloins. Place tenderloins on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Combine ketchup and next 5 ingredients; brush over tenderloins. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of tenderloin, if desired.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160°, basting with remaining ketchup mixture. Let stand 10 minutes; slice diagonally across grain into thin slices. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
