Oven Barbecued Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds boneless pork loin | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion | ||
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon Homemade Five Spice | ||
| Powder | ||
Directions
Cut pork crosswise into 1 -inch-thick slices; place in a single layer in shallow dish.
Mix soy sauce, honey, onion, sherry, and five spice powder.
Pour over pork.
Cover; marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning once or twice.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Place pork slices on rack in broiler pan.
Bake in a 350° oven 50 to 60 minutes or till done; turn and brush occasionally with reserved marinade.
Cut meat slices into thin strips.
