Oven Barbecued Chicken with Olive Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 chicken breasts, skin on, split | ||
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| 1/2 cup chopped, stuffed green olives | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Light brown sugar | 3 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| Minced onion | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce) | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash (Sauce) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Place chicken, skin side up, in pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Combine ingredients for sauce.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour sauce over chicken and bake covered for 15 minutes.
Baste chicken and bake for 15 minutes more or until chicken is done.
