Oven Barbecued Chicken Recipe

|Onion||1 Large, cut into thick slices|
|Catsup||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon (1/2 Stick)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Rosemary leaf||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Leaf rosemary||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2.Take a buttered shallow baking pan, arrange single layer of chicken on it with skin facing down.
3.Put the onion slices on top of the chicken.
4.In a saucepan, combine catsup, vinegar,butter or margarine, garlic, rosemary, salt and mustard.
5.Heat the mixture until itstarts boiling.
6.Once done, drizzle the mixture over the chicken.
7.Bake for 30 minutes.
8.Once done, turn the chicken and apply the sauce in the pan.
9.Bake for 30 more minutes and baste in between.
10.Serve warm with dips.
