Oven Barbecue Chicken Recipe
Oven barbecue chicken is a simple chicken recipe made with a barbecue sauce of choice. Spiced with red pepper and cooked in the oven, this chicken can be served with sides of choice.
Ingredients
4 lb. leg quarters or 4 lb. breasts
2 bottles barbecue sauce of your choice
1 Tbsp. red pepper
Directions
Separate thighs from drumsticks.
Place chicken in pot and cover with water.
Bring to low boil until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken and place in 10 x 12-inch baking dish.
Cover with barbecue sauce; stir in red pepper.
Place under broiler at 320° for 30 to 45 minutes.
