 Homemade salsa
 6 Roma (Italian plum) tomatoe, diced
 Yellow onion1/2 Medium, diced
 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and minced
 Cilantro1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Lime juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Homemade guacamole
 Ripe avocados2
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Tabasco sauce1 Teaspoon
 Juice of 2 limes
 1/2 cup homemade salsa
 Two 9-ounce bags tortilla chips
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Mix all the salsa ingredients together and set salsa aside.
Mash the avocados with a fork, then add the remaining guacamole ingredients.
You can also puree all the ingredients in a food processor if you prefer.
Place the tortilla chips on an ungreased baking sheet and heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
They will come out hot and crispy.
Place the salsa and guacamole in separate bowls.
Place the tortilla chips in a basket or bowl.
