Oven Ambrosia Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 12 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained | |
| Peaches | 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained |
Directions
While preheating oven, melt butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole; remove from oven.
Stir in coconut, flour, brown sugar and salt; mix thoroughly with fork.
Add fruits; toss very lightly.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm.
If desired, garnish with mint leaves.
